Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options to cater to your needs: a) Free Local Postal Company Airplane Shipping: We provide free shipping via the local postal company, using their reliable and efficient services. Delivery times will depend on the shipping company and the final delivery destination. Please allow for additional transit time depending on your location. b) UPS Priority Shipping: For customers who require expedited delivery, we offer UPS Priority Shipping at an additional cost of $75. This option ensures faster delivery times and includes package tracking for added convenience and peace of mind.
  3. Shipping Locations: All orders are shipped from Poland. We proudly serve customers within the European Union, as well as the United States and other international destinations.

Please note that the delivery timeframes may vary based on the shipping method chosen, the shipping company’s policies, and customs procedures in the destination country. We will provide you with tracking information to help you stay updated on the progress of your order.

Return Policy

At Holywool Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Eligibility: Only new and unused goods, free from damage, and with all tags attached should be returned. The items must also be in their original packaging. Please handle the products with care until you decide to keep them.

  3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance for your protection.
  4. Refunds: Once we receive the returned bag and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
